POLICING IN BICKERSTAFFE

Our current police officers are  PC Paul Austin,   and PCSO Jill Reid. They cover the southern parishes including Bickerstaffe. They can be contacted on 01695 424000.

Rarely does a police representative have time to attend the Parish Council Meetings, to give a crime report due to limited resources following budget cuts.

If you have any concerns of a non-urgent nature, they can be reported to the police by ringing 101, or by going to : CJ.NPT@lancashire.pnn.police.uk  and emailing details on the “Report a Crime” section.

Members of the public can keep up-to-date with police matters by visiting the Lancashire Police website at: www.lancashire.police.uk

For specific local information from the police, you can search on Facebook and Twitter for “Skelmersdale Police” or “Ormskirk and Burscough Police”.

You can also sign up for regular police updates on local crime and police matters by visiting: www.stayintheknow.co.uk
